Take a Look

The Space
There is something quietly special about waking up inside a building that has been part of this neighborhood since 1917.
The Studio makes the most of its footprint with a dedicated desk for remote work, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and a cozy dining nook for slow mornings. Step onto the private balcony with your coffee and watch Baronne Street come to life. An in-unit washer and dryer keeps longer stays easy, so you can settle in and actually live here.

The Neighborhood
This stretch of Baronne Street is the kind of place you settle into quickly. Mornings start with a fresh pot in your kitchen or coffee from a café around the corner, afternoons drift toward Magazine Street, and the streetcar is close enough that you may forget where you parked.
It is quiet without being sleepy and walkable without trying, the sort of genuinely local pocket of Uptown New Orleans that is hard to find when you are only here for a season. The St. Charles streetcar is two blocks away, and Touro, Children's Hospital, Ochsner Baptist and Tulane Medical Center are all a short hop — an easy base for traveling nurses, residents and physicians on assignment. Everything below is within a short walk or quick ride.
