The Space
The largest of the three, the Two Bedroom is built for living, not just landing.
Two true bedrooms and two full baths give roommates, families or a couple working from home plenty of space to breathe, while the soaring original beamed ceilings remind you this was a 1917 theater. The open living room flows into a full kitchen with a dishwasher, the second bedroom doubles as a quiet office, and in-unit laundry means longer stays feel like home from the first night.

The Neighborhood
This stretch of Baronne Street is the kind of place you settle into quickly. Mornings start with a fresh pot in your kitchen or coffee from a café around the corner, afternoons drift toward Magazine Street, and the streetcar is close enough that you may forget where you parked.
It is quiet without being sleepy and walkable without trying, the sort of genuinely local pocket of Uptown New Orleans that is hard to find when you are only here for a season. The St. Charles streetcar is two blocks away, and Touro, Children's Hospital, Ochsner Baptist and Tulane Medical Center are all a short hop — an easy base for traveling nurses, residents and physicians on assignment. Everything below is within a short walk or quick ride.
